At Elegatto, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all luxury packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size or style.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Elegatto gift box and protective pouch, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
